2. Beijing Arrival
- Upon arrival in Beijing airport, walk to the designated position as shown in the picture. There, you will meet our driver. In case you are unable to see our driver (this has never happened before), we strongly suggest you try the following procedure to get in touch with us. We will do our best to solve your problem on the spot.
- Go to the information desk opposite the terminal exit (staff there speak English and are always ready to help), and ask the staff to make a phone call to your guide.Call our 24-7 emergency line shown in our confirmation letter and ask for help.
- Our driver can show you to the nearest toilet and money exchange if you ask.

항공편 도착 시간이 이르거나 늦으면 어떻게 되나요?
오전 6시 이전 또는 오후 10시 이후에 도착하는 모든 항공편에 대해 운전기사 픽업 서비스만 제공합니다. 저희 운전기사는 경험이 풍부하며 영어가 조금 가능합니다. 고객님과 운전기사 간의 원활한 소통을 위해 운전기사가 중국어와 영어로 된 다양한 질문과 답변이 담긴 이중 언어 안내문을 준비했습니다. 또한, 비상 연락처로 전화하시면 통역 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다. 고객님의 문제를 현장에서 바로 해결해 드리기 위해 최선을 다하겠습니다.
Kind reminders for Business class or first class passengers
(1) Normally, It will take 1 hour for clearing custom and 20 minutes for fetching up your lugguage, which means you will need 1.5 hours from landing time to meet your driver at the exit, Our driver arrives meeting point 30 minutes after your landing time and will be waiting there for 2 hours(count from actual landing time).
(2) If you take first class and without any check in luggage, Pls let us know in advance, our driver will be arriving at the meeting point before the landing time. If you arrive at earlier time without notification, Driver will still conduct the original pick up plan.
(3)For any unpredictable circumstances such as luggage lost, encounter problem at Custom etc. Pls contact with our customer service on 0086-13910694045, and clarify whether you are willing to pay extra waiting time of driver(Free waiting time is 2 hours from landing time), the extra time charge is US$5 per half an hour per vehicle, You will receive our bill via email in the following day.

국제선의 일반적인 무게 허용 한도는 20~40kg입니다. 국내선의 경우 20kg입니다. 무게 초과 시, 총 항공료의 1.5%가 추가 kg당 부과됩니다. 항공사에 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 또한, 초과 수하물이나 대형 수하물을 가져오시는 경우, 수하물에 대한 특별 관리가 필요할 경우 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있도록 미리 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.
